My 3 year, 3 month old battery that I had bought at O'Reilly's died. I went by Advance Auto on West Broad in Athens, GA. They confirmed that the battery was bad but advised that since it was a AGM battery, it should have a 4 year warranty and even though they could sell me a new battery, they advised me to first go to O'Reilly's and see if they would replace it. They jump started my van and I drove to the nearby O'Reilly's and they advised that my battery only had a 3 year warranty and offered to SELL me a new battery. I had left my van running because I knew it would not start again. I left and went back to Advance Auto. I bought a new battery (with a 4 year warranty) and Kevin & David installed it for free. This is my third time I have used Advance Auto here in Athens and I must say I have been supper impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help me solve my problems in the most cost-effective way as possible. I highly recommend them!!

Needed a battery replacement for my car and Julz was super helpful installing a new battery that would work for my specific vehicle! He walked me through the process and helped me learn my vehicle’s components. Would recommend!
