  Took a take out order AB’s I was really disappointed. Wings are very oily and didn’t have marination/sauces

  What ended up hoping for a yummy meal with my fiance turned out to not be the meal we had hope. The chicken wings were awful. We asked for X-tra Crispy when ordering along with our fries to be X-tra Crispy as well and ended up with NOT so X-tra Crispy wings that were fatty. When we brought it to their attention they offered to remake them it and the wings were much worse. We ended up leaving after trying to eat and my fiance and I had terrible stomach aches which then led to diarrhea. We have been to many Wing Stops over the years and have had a great experience however this one was not so good and the food was pretty bad. My fiance said that there were no condiments and no napkins at the tables. This was also the first time eating at this Wing Stop location after just moving to the area. What a disappointment. I even tried to reach out to the restaurant for a resolution and haven’t heard back from anyone yet.

  Slowest Wingstop in North Georgia. What's the point of ordering online through the app 10 minutes ahead of arrival, if I have to wait 30 minutes anyways? People walking in and ordering at the counter were getting their orders first. Something is seriously wrong with the management here. They obviously don't pay attention to online orders and don't prepare the order until you arrive and they realize it hasn't even been started.

  I’ve ordered from other Wingstop locations before and they usually include at least one ranch. At this location, I was told I had to pay $1.84 + tax for it, which was already surprising, but then I was also told I couldn’t even get a water cup unless I paid for that too. Not a bottled water — just the cup itself. On top of that, my order of 15 wings took around 20 minutes even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. I normally enjoy Wingstop, but this location just didn’t provide the same experience or customer service I’m used to. I hate leaving low ratings, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing.

  I rated the store 3 stars because if the misrepresentation of their ad for the $10, $20, and $30 wing deal. I ordered the 10pc $10 wings via the app. (In which I called to verify the deal was still available, I was told yes it was...) However, there wasn't a $10 deal because I was forced to purchase a sauce for an additional $1.69. Which i didn't need because I had my own selection of dipping sauce at home. So, just keep in mind the deal they're offering MUST include you purchasing that $1.69 dipping sauce. This may suite certain individuals, but for someone that DONT want or NEED this sauce is stuck paying $11.69 for their 10pc deal (supposedly for ONLY $10...NOT TRUE). But my experience with staff and the cleanliness of the facility was definitely on point guy's!!! Hope this helps other when purchasing this new monthly deal!...
