  This review is regarding a DoorDash order I recently placed. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, and it appeared that very little care was taken when it was prepared. The bag wasn't even securely sealed, and there was no straw included with my drink. I ordered the 10-piece combo with bone-in wings in both BBQ and Hot nashville. Instead, I received only the Hot bone-in wings, while the BBQ wings were boneless, which is not what I ordered. Additionally, my drink seemed like it had been sitting out for quite some time, as all of the ice had already melted by the time it arrived. I understand it may have been close to the end of the day, but that's not an excuse

  Told me had to order on mobile app due to him not knowing how to use it. Went to aldi for a while, while it was being prepared and when I’m back, suddenly the register is open. If they would’ve taken my order right then and there would’ve been out in 10 mins. The stafff made the whole process 30 mins. Whoever owns this franchise, please stop understaffing your staff or leaving them without the knowledge on how to turn on the register. They’re good workers, but it’s a fast food place. I’m here to grab my food and leave, not sit here and wait.
