  Excellent customer service. Went in for getting some documents notarized for a renewal purpose and the store manager/ person in charge of notarizing the documents was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this store for getting your documents notarized at a reasonable cost and probably for also dropping off your package. Although I got an appointment booked via their website, I was told he’s available most time of the day, just may be make a call and visit the store in case of any emergency.

  They didn’t know how to print simple pdf documents, and how to adjust them to fit the page. Also, pushy to upcharge and make you spend more without helping. Don’t go to this location.

  Worst UPS store ever, they overcharged on 20 first class USPS stamps, regular price is $0.78 totaling $15.60 they charged into my card $19.50 Checked with other UPS Stores and everyone has a nationwide wide process. Owner didn’t want to return my money neither correct the price. I encourage you NOT TO DO BUSINESS at this location.
