  This is the best UPS store in town. The owner is so friendly and always taking care of the customers. They open on Sunday and sometime they waited for customers to things done on the same day. The price is also reasonable. This is your place for shopping, printing, and mailing. Highly recommended!

  This location is great! They have helped me multiple times with printing projects and lamination. They are so kind and very helpful! Highly recommend this location for services.

  Terrible customer service! Im normally not petty but I must say I walked in to return a package and was completely ignored, no greeting. The owner/worker was busy trying to get a printer fixed with the maintenance person from the printer company. After a few generous minutes, without acknowledgement from her, I finally asked if she can at least help me, get my package scanned and then get back to the printer. She replied with how busy and important that was. (I UNDERSTAND) but you have a CUSTOMER waiting. She commented he's a customer too! He is a VENDOR not a customer and clearly the printer machine was going to need sometime to fix. This store needs a lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO BETTER!

  Terrible this is my 3rd trying to get fingerprints done Everytime there is something wrong with the system. I’ve seen countless people just walk in and out of this store NO GOOD…

  Came to get my FP done the lady informs me that I drove all the way here and the machine isn’t working. Then she gives me another excuse saying she couldn’t take me anyway because I’m early, I worked with PostNet Cumming 5 min from this location and we accept appointments days ahead of time. Same company same machine Identgo so they pick and choose who they want to work with.
