    This is my favorite UPS store - 5 minutes from my house - easy access. But most important - my favorite customer service lady, Hazel, seems to always be there! Hazel is friendly, remembers my name, & she is knowledgable, fast, & efficient. Hazel is my go to person for my custom shipping needs when I sell fragile antiques.

    I always alternate between the UPS store on Hwy. 9 and the one on Haynes Bridge, depending on where I am when the need arises. Today, I ran up to Hwy. 9 since I was at home. I'm glad I did. Sam took care of my notary needs quickly and with a smile. He was friendly and professional and had me in and out in a flash.
