  Hours are wrong online - they have posted 630 pm close on the door. He saw me coming with a big box and proceeded to close and lock the door.

  Just for printing 3 pages, they are charging extra fee for inserting usb. Don’t go here for printing instead go to Fedex where you can print by yourself and far cheaper

  Horrible customer service. The husband and wife that run this store are not personable. The guy wants you to buy bubble wrap for 78 sometimes $10 just when it could be free or a courtesy. Last time he made me buy a mailing envelope a paper envelope for $5.95 when it was supposed to be a free UPS drop off and I even had instructions stating that they would pack it. Today I went in and she threw the receipt at me did not knowledge me nothing stay away from these people.

  Wow, so unfriendly. The UPS Store is a very quick customer service experience but it sticks when you have a negative one. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. It wasn’t even super busy. I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt but both staff members seemed nonplussed. I won’t be coming back to this location.

  Most miserable people ever. Main guy there never acknowledges you. Raj or something. I shouldn't be surprised based on other feedback which seems to agree, yet receive the typical response from "owner" that they take the feedback seriously. I'm sure he's the owner.
