  Zack has been nothing short of amazing the few times I’ve been in so far to drop off packages. Last time, I was in a rush to get something sent out right at closing time, and he was patient and helpful, and made sure the package made it onto the outbound truck that day. It’s also fantastic that this is one of the few UPS Stores open until 8pm. I’ll definitely be back!

  Zach and his staff are always fast, friendly and efficient. Also service ++. I used to go to another location but had several service issues. Even though Zach is a few more minutes away, I will trade the drive time for the friendly and service-oriented experience.

  It's been a while since I got such a good customer service at a UPS. The person who took care of me yesterday was so nice and polite. He is really good with people.

  Recently had passport photos done here. The Team was very welcoming. The owner even thanked me, showing his appreciation for simply choosing his store. Looking for a UPS store? This is the go to location. It's extremely organized, clean, and smells amazing in the store. I had to ask about the scent. Also thanks to my guy Michael, who was my first encounter. Cool guy. Cool hair. Keep it up guys ✌🏽

  I have the pleasure of visiting this store on a weekly basis, and Zach has always been incredible to work with. He and his team are consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. This store has helped me receive packages while I’m away from home, ship items for both personal and business needs, and even handle my printing projects. I honestly can’t imagine a better customer experience than the one they provide. Zach, thank you to you and your team for the consistent support and outstanding service. Keep up the great work!
