  I have had a great experience with this branch since moving to Atlanta. I would recommend them to anyone. Adam V was very friendly, helpful, and responsive when quoting my coverage and getting me set up prior to moving. Jessica S has also been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful resolving an issue with the tag office. She contacted the tag office multiple times to update my insurance records after they had incorrectly logged my information.

  I am a relatively new customer to the Allstate team and have been impressed with the entire team. A great example was today when Jessica helped me walk through my account while being very patient with my multiple questions. I was also impressed with her knowledge of the Drivewise app and interfaces. Jessica I truly appreciate the great information and support I will definitely highly recommend you and the team.

  After becoming frustrated with hidden and surprise charges from a different carrier, I started to explore my options. I was fortunate to come across a representative from All-State named Priscilla B. She was phenomenal from beginning to end. She understood my frustration and did all she good to find the best possible rate, explored options to make sure we had the best possible coverage, and did so with such grace. She was patient and kind, pleasant to speak and visit with, and by the end of the call, had us both laughing. Her hard work, attention to detail, and incredible customer service was the main reason I chose to go with All-State. I felt as through she truly had my nest interest at heart, and felt more like I was talking to a friend that having a business transaction. Thank you, Priscilla for all you did to help us! And thank you All-State.

  I've been with Allstate for many years (decades) and my agent branch had been acquired by the Ryan Chao Allstate Insurance agency, for which I was not used to. I was used to dedicated support for many years and upon contacting them before renewal of both of my homeowners and auto policies, I was successfully able to get assistance from 'Carolina' and she ensured that I received the best service. My premiums had risen on both, but we were able to gain a saving even below my past policy renewal periods, which helps a lot. We also both received an education on my 'grandfathered' policies and I was assured to keep everything just the way it is until further notice. Thanks for the help, clarification, but most of all, the savings and courtesy doing so!
