Amanda went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and help me get my needs met. I told her I would hire her if we were in the same town! She has to give me to another young lady that was just like her !!! I did not get her name - so sorry!! Awesome employees!

I had a wonderful experience working with Kevin Verdier and would absolutely recommend him. I had many questions throughout the process, and he took the time to answer each one thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed or talked down to. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with.
Several times, my schedule made it difficult for me to continue a phone conversation, and Kevin was very considerate about working around my availability. He followed up when I told him I would be free, not repeatedly or at inconvenient times, which I really appreciated.
What stood out most to me was that he did not come across like a pushy salesperson. He seemed genuinely interested in listening to my concerns and helping me find the coverage for my home that made the most sense for my situation. He was professional, thorough, and kind throughout every interaction. I felt respected and well taken care of, and I am very grateful for the service he provided.

I have had a great experience with this agency. They have always been friendly, professional, and efficient in updating policies and very patient when I had questions about existing policies. Claudia and Netta are super stars. I will be sticking with these guys !!
Amanda Middlehurst was very helpful today. Experienced with Allstate but new to Ryan Chao, Amanda dug right into a problem and came back with guidance and solutions by the end of the day. My Frustration is not with Amanda. I give her 5 stars. She seems to be great. My frustration and the low rating continues to be Allstate. Allstate continuously and regularly changes rates and then charges me late fees. Then Threatens to terminate my policy. I have over 6 different accounts with allstate and pay large fees every year yet their communication and management of my various accounts is ham-handed at best. After 27 years you would think they would have a better process for managing loyal and profitable consumers like me. Its almost like they are trying to run me away since I rarely make a claim...they probably think a big one is around the corner.
The real problem must be me since I continue to stay with them. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
One day very soon it will change.
I had great experience with Carolina Head today about my policy renewal. She tried all she could to help lower my premium on home insurance. Even though she couldn't get me what I wanted, her professionalism was absolutely amazing. She took time to go through everything with me. I appreciate her effort greatly!
