  I really appreciate this AllState office helped me find auto and home insurance price with reasonable price. I lost my job and everything went up this year. My auto and home insurance renew policies were too high for me to afford. Michelle is so helpful in helping me find new policies with slightly different options.

  Shara was a pleasure to work with and attentive to my needs. She was knowledgeable of the policy and what could affect the premium and answered my questions about escrow and timing and the mortgage company. Thanks Shara

  Didn't end up getting a policy because it didn't beat my current provider but the agent Shara that helped me was a pleasure to talk to. Do at least give them a shot.

  On April 23, 2026 I received the most Outstanding, excellent Customer service from Allstate representative, Michelle Willis (Allstate Office of Rachel Cooley). She assisted me with making necessary adjustments to my auto insurance policy. Michelle was very friendly and knowledgeable about the auto insurance and she had the patients of an angel. She answered all my questions, explaining in detail about each category on the policy, which I greatly appreciated. Again, thank you Michelle.
