  I had a wonderful experience working with Allstate representative Ms. Maggie. She was quick, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process of getting my new policies started. She answered all of my questions and made everything simple and easy to understand. I truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Ms. Maggie to anyone looking for a helpful and trustworthy insurance representative!

  Horrible service. The agent failed to mention when they put my policy together that accident forgiveness is a program you have to opt into and pay a monthly premium, its not given as a one time forgiveness to customers if they're in a car accident as advertised which is misleading. I simply got into a fender bender, no major damage to either car and my insurance policy more than doubled! I Will be dropping this insurance company, very misleading.

  I really appreciate this AllState office helped me find auto and home insurance price with reasonable price. I lost my job and everything went up this year. My auto and home insurance renew policies were too high for me to afford. Michelle is so helpful in helping me find new policies with slightly different options.
