Lashella and Leah - These women helped me TREMENDOUSLY today to obtain my iPad for work today. I appreciate their HIGH LEVEL of customer service and as a Supervisor for Hapag-Lloyd as we do a large volume of business with FedEx I appreciate them taking the time to escalate my concern to their management team due to an error that occurred via FedEx due to my delivery not being delivered as requested. This is EXCELLENT customer service as its finest and please make sure to give them kudos were do as well as the Manager who assisted in approving the pick up of my package. Thank you everyone!!!!! It’s clear the Delivery guy gave my package to the wrong people, then after talking to them he went back and now they are saying it was sent back to sender with no way of knowing if it actually was then the delivery guy lied and said the place he dropped it off was the name of my company which was false … this facility is very unprofessional and that is not good when you are dealing with people’s business, and belongings…… this facility needs to be looked into and changes need to be made this shit is sad………somebody needs to be held accountable
