  I stopped by FedEx today and had the pleasure of being helped by Joy, and her name truly fits! She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. She greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful errand a genuinely pleasant experience. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you, Joy, for making my visit such a great one!

  As someone who regularly uses FedEx services, I expected better communication and a more customer focused approach. A simple recommendation to reinforce or retape the package would have been understandable, but the interaction instead felt unnecessarily difficult and unaccommodating. They also went as far as telling me that my box was compromised❗️

  I come to this FedEx location every month to print and as a restaurant owner, I’m constantly printing menus and materials - so I know what to expect in both service and pricing. My last visit with the assistant manager, Kevion, was disappointing. He was cold and disengaged. Every interaction felt like pulling teeth - he was unresponsive, indifferent and at times dismissive, even rolling his eyes. I arrived well before closing and paid for priority printing, yet when I mentioned that my total seemed unusually high compared to past visits, he completely ignored me. Being dismissed like that is simply rude. This isn’t the level of service I expect, especially from an assistant manager. The woman working there was very kind and Josh has always been great, which makes this even more unfortunate. I rely on printing often but after this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

  Joy is seriously the kindest and most patient person you will ever come across. I had a package with a label that would not print or scan. She waited patiently and calmed me when I felt a bit stressed having to call the company that needed to send me a new label. She is AMAZING!
