  I don’t know why the reviews are so low. The staff was kind and helpful as I prepared for a bridal shower and bachelorette party weekend. Joshua was a huge help with signs, pics, etc. and a pleasure to work with, even close to closing! Mital helped me for days to help with printing a 24x36 framed canvas. Erika helped with pics and was patient as I tried to get things together. Joy was sweet and polite even though it was late.

  Staff should learn how to say “Welcome in, how can I help?” Or at least smile and make some form of eye contact. Very rude.

  The driver clearly delivered my express package to the wrong address, it was very important documents, I had to have my client hunt down the package and they didn’t refund any of the $40 it cost!!! What a joke of a service

  Got the job done but the customer service was not good. Dude acted like work was the last place he wanted to be. I get it, but you gotta try to be half way friendly when you’re in a customer facing position.
