  I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. What should have been a simple package drop-off ended up taking nearly 30 minutes. Despite having multiple employees behind the counter, no one acknowledged or offered to help. They appeared to be standing at their computers, but there was little sense of urgency or customer service.

  This Fedex only tried my delivery once and never showed up for the 2nd attempt. Instead they asked me to pick it up. What a service!

  I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I was completely overcharged in-store, paying $82 for an item that is clearly listed for $57 online, a blueprint printing job. To make matters worse, the staff refused to honor valid in-store coupons, and because I bought it at the counter, I wasn't able to use an online coupon that would have saved me even more money. On top of the massive price discrepancy, they tacked on a "priority fee" without ever mentioning it or asking for my consent. I did not request this premium service and only found out after looking at my receipt. Total lack of transparency and terrible customer service. I won't be coming back.

  I rarely leave reviews, and I don’t do so lightly. Unfortunately, my experience here warrants one. The older woman who assisted me was rude and unprofessional. She quoted me $97 for my prints and quoted a 24-hour turnaround. Based on my experience, I’d recommend considering a different location.
