This was by far the worst FedEx experience I have ever had in the Atlanta metro area.
On June 19, 2026, I visited this location to ship prototype development materials to China using my FedEx Business Account. After preparing my package, I was told that I needed an EEI (Electronic Export Information) number in order to ship. When I questioned this, I explained that my shipment value was well below $2,500 and even looked up the requirements while standing at the counter. The associate consulted the manager, but neither person took the time to verify the information or research the regulations. I was simply told that the package could not be shipped.
Because I had another appointment and needed the shipment sent immediately, I left and went directly to DHL. I asked the DHL representative the exact same question, and he immediately confirmed that an EEI filing was not required for a shipment of this value. DHL processed the shipment without issue.
As a result of the incorrect information provided by this FedEx location, I lost valuable time, was late for another appointment, and was forced to take my business elsewhere despite having a FedEx Business Account.
What was most disappointing was the lack of knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to verify the shipping requirements before turning away a customer. I also observed the manager loudly training employees in front of customers, which created an unprofessional atmosphere.
After reviewing this location's online reviews, my experience appears to be consistent with many of the concerns other customers have raised.
I have already filed a complaint with FedEx Customer Service and requested corporate follow-up. This location would benefit from additional training on international shipping requirements and customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location for shipments or any other services.

Highly disappointed by the lack of transparency here. The representative explicitly quoted me one price, but I was actually charged double that amount. Sneaking in hidden fees after giving a verbal quote is completely unacceptable business practice. Watch your receipts closely.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this FedEx Office location.
I ordered invitations and the first print was done incorrectly (wrong language). They tried to fix it, but the reprints came out very dark and the quality was poor.
When they printed them again, many invitations were cut unevenly, some had white borders, and some even had parts of another image printed on them.
I spent almost 3 hours in the store trying to resolve the issue. The staff tried to help at first, but later I felt ignored and rushed, especially when I needed proper quality.
In the end, I left with invitations that are not acceptable. This was very frustrating and not the level of service I expected.
