On three separate visits, I was not greeted while customers who entered after me were. The repeated difference in how I was treated made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about possible bias. At minimum, the lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Very tidy. Love the self check in package sending. Customer service was a bit slow. (all I bought was a card. 1 person helping customers. 2 other employees but not helping clients.

I give 5 starts to this location because this wonderful lady who works by herself in this location helped me to package rug in its original packaging even though customer service gave me wrong information over the phone. I wouldn’t be able to do it by myself and she was super helpful and didn’t give up on me so together we we able to fit it in the box. Customer service told me on the phone that I could wrap the rug in the plastic wrap and it’ll be excepted at FedEx which isn’t true and if the lady wouldn’t help me I would’ve to shlep that rug back to home. Thank you so much ! I forgot to ask her name, but she was amazing
