  Came to ship something at 2PM and there was a sign that said Closed for Lunch and that they would return at 3:15pm. If you are going to have a period that you're closed you should post that on your website.

  If you can’t say something nice… Here are the facts: Customer service and professionalism at this location are seriously lacking. Very disappointing experience (This is putting it nicely).
