Came into this advance auto after being being very frustrated from store 9612. I was coming in to get a 10.00 refund when a manager by the name blue said he was unable to refund me. I had my receipt. Blue said that he could only put it on a card my refund and I would receive it in 5-7 business days. Blue said it would make his drawer short. Also I had to wait 20 minutes for him to come back inside the store. So I left and came to this store with great personalities of two people one by the name of James and the other guy by the name of ibadd. They were respectful and immediately gave me my 10.00 refund. I truly thank them for their kindness in this store 6169.

I used to always get my wiper blades done on my truck by Jahaan and had no issues in the past... Someone else did them a few weeks ago on my daughter's Corolla and it flew off as she was driving down the highway 400. Was very disappointed with the new management and long wait time, so this was the cherry on top. When I went to use the bathroom, it smelled like substances were smoked previously. I don't know what's going on with this establishment, but you need to get your people sorted out straight. I still can't believe how poor of a job was done on my daughter's car, especially for a simple task. Will not be returning, I'll try my luck with Autozone next time.

James is awesome!! I was in and out in a matter of minutes. But more importantly, I called in advance, and he already had the part waiting for me at the counter. Excellent service.
