  The time to go is at 8:00 am when they first open. There was absolutely no wait whatsoever. The woman working the counter was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile. So less crowded than The UPS Store up near the mall.

  The Staff Always greet me with professonalism. I am thankful this is my team to work with when it comes to making sure that I have all due delivered to me. I appreciate the mannerism and the kindness always extended. Have had copies made emails recieved and notary work rendered to me in professional manner. Alot of times I am aware that these young ladies and men are shorthanded and are needed at other surrounding locations prompting them to have to close a bit earlier. Thank you for all that you do and more~

  sent a package back to corporate address. handed the representative the address on a piece of paper. somehow the representative did not type in the correct address. missed the street name by 1 letter. when the package arrived to the city of destination, the driver could not deliver the package even though the package contained the corporation's name and basically the address except for 1 letter. i tried to search for that wrong address, it doesnt exist. it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out the street name was mispelled by the representative. As a result, the delivery guy did not deliver the package on the date it was scheduled for delivery and still has not delivered the package. Needless to say, I dont think I will be doing business with UPS in the future. Fedex will be my primary provider.
