I had the worst delivery experience of my life with FedEx! After a long day of work I came home to see that my package was not delivered, but I had received a notification stating it was. I went to track the package on the website and it did say delivered but the picture that the driver took was not at my address, so I called FedEx to inform them that my package was delivered to the wrong address. I filed a claim and was told that they would send the driver out to pick the package up and deliver it to the correct address. They delivered the package to the wrong address March 26th and everyday after that they were unable to retrieve the package from the address. I had a terrible representative name Marci working on the case and she did nothing to help track my package, all she kept saying is we will send the driver back out to retrieve the package. I was told that my package was delivered to an address in Albany and I live in Fitzgerald. I could not understand how a driver could deliver a package for Fitzgerald to Albany. The driver was someone out of tne Albany, Ga office. He had to be illiterate because this could not have been a mistake. All he had to do was read the address and make sure it matched! The manager in Albany, Ga did not hold the driver accountable because he still has his job, he wasn’t suspended or anything. This has never happened with USPS or ups, they have competent drivers! My package was never retrieved and after 3 days of not being able to retrieve the package they closed the case and sent me an email stating the case was closed due to the recipient giving verbal consent that the package was delivered. They know this was not true because I have several email stating they delivered it to the wrong address and are trying to retrieve it. They just lied because they didn’t want to take the responsibility that their company lost my package! That driver should be fired! This is the worst experience I have ever had,$200.00 wasted because they can’t hire competent drivers. If I don’t receive a refund from the sender I’m going to take legal action and I have all the proof i need to show this is their fault and they need to held accountable. I have all the emails and pictures to show that it was all the drivers fault!
