  I started a new job on 6/13 delivering parts to Advance Auto. I pulled into the parking lot at store 9609 and exited my car hearing air seeping for my tire. I was like omg my first day on the job now this. I looked over and noticed Kyle assisting another customer and asked where was the nearest tire shop he informed me he didn’t know he wasn’t originally from Adel that I could go inside and ask Brian Once inside the store I asked Brian where was the nearest tire shop he told me that he didn’t think they would be open so I asked if he thought I could use some fix a flat Brian said no we can plug it I have a kit you can purchase and I can help you. Thank you Lord!!! So Brian and Kyle assisted me at checkout Kyle watched over the store while Brian assisted me outside. The only thing I could think about is having a bad review on my first day at work but I’m so grateful to have run into Brian/ Kyle these guys went above and beyond to take care a customer in need. I am forever grateful for them and I made it to the next stop on time (Valdosta) Thank you guys for delivering outstanding customer service. Store 9609 ROCKS!!!

  Came in today after my Nissan rouge broke down. I was stuck for over an hour in and out the store trying to figure out what to do. Brain was so helpful and accommodating and helped me all along the way. Best customer service I’ve had at any place in a very long time let alone an auto store. Thank you for making this experience helpful Brian

  I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts store #9609 thanks to Brian. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting me. He took the time to answer my questions, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made the entire process easy and stress free. It’s rare to come across customer service this good these days. Brian went above and beyond, and his professionalism really stood out. Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have him on their team. Highly recommend this location!

  I had an incredible experience at Advanced Auto Parts in Adel, GA (Store #9609) that I feel deserves recognition. As a single woman driving from Atlanta to South Florida, I ran into unexpected car trouble and stopped in for help. Brian assisted me, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. Not only did he quickly find the exact part I needed for my specific make and model, but he went far beyond what I would ever expect. Brian came outside with me—in the rain—got down on the ground, went under my car, and installed the part himself. His willingness to help, kindness, and professionalism turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a huge relief. This level of customer service is rare these days. Brian truly went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful! Thank you for making a difference and helping me get safely back on the road!
