  This is by far the worst UPS store, and the manager is lazy as heck. Sits on her butt and says what she cannot do. Which is false because when she’s not there, someone else does it! Don’t go to the store if you want your package sent in a timely manner or even at all!

  I have not had a good experience with this place of business. My item was supposed to be double boxed with packing peanuts that came at an EXTRA cost instead it was placed in plastic bag with a layer of bubble wrap around the item but nothing on bottom while the other pieces of air packing were just thrown on top. They were told during checkout about the double boxing due to this item being fragile instead it was free to roll around a couple hundred miles.
