  I visited this location earlier in the month. The notary charged a $7 convenience fee for notarizations, and this was not disclosed to me before the service. This contradicts Georgia law, which requires extra fees be disclosed upfront.

  HORRIBLE SERVICE! Go to the one by Kroger in Acworth! I went in this store by Publix to get one (1) letter notarized. Asked the lady manager, "How much for one letter notarized"? She told me "$9.00"... "$9.00" I asked. "Yes"... I told her the mail store at Wade Green by Publix was $2.00 cash and the UPS Store by Kroger on Hwy 41 in Acworth was $4.00. She said, "Maybe you should just go there"! So, I took her rude advice and went to the UPS Store in Acworth... They were very professional and kind... charged me $4.00.   The man working this morning absolutely useless and rude. Can’t give any answers about a package and also told me “you not finna to yell at me at 10 am”. First off speak english, not slang your at a job. Secondly it says that package was at this location and you’re saying it’s not and there’s nothing you can do. The package was supposed to be delivered a week ago and never showed up, rescheduled for Friday and again NEVER showed up. That’s a UPS issue at THIS store where it says it is on tracking.
