  The lady behind the counter is horrible!!! My payment went through I’m sitting there waiting only for her to cancel my order because she didn’t want to honor what I was charged for!! Save yourself the trip and don’t go!! Especially if she’s there. Never had that issues before here.

  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Employee gives an excuse in the front to not use buy 1 get 1 promo. The are the only one in the store. They cancel the online orders because they don't want to fulfill them. People like this need to get fired. There are plenty of people who want and need a job, and do the job that is given to them (especially with the current job market). Employee gave me excuse and attitude in the store.

  horrible customer service, the indian lady was so rude and she saw my coupon in my hand and when we got to the register she told me they don’t take coupons and told me that she had already made my sandwich so i had to pay. left without paying and won’t be back.

  Was craving subway and needed to stop at Walmart so why not hit both at once right? Well the three teenage kids working the counter and one girl with a very high attitude made this an awful visit. My boyfriend and I almost decided to walk away because how rude this girl was. I understand to simply ask “Do you want cheese or anything else” hats understandable but to say it while rolling her eyes “just this and bread?” Like yes just that and bread what’s wrong with that? And after that she barley put anything on of what we asked then put way to much condiments on the sandwich. To the point where each bite would slip and drip. I don’t think I would ever go back to this subway ever again. The only one who seemed the slightest bit helpful was the one working the register. Even though she was very quite and shy at least she didn’t throw rude tones towards us.
