  We've been with Mike Glancy at Allstate Insurance for over 30 years with home and auto policies. We have always received stellar customer service and thoughtful advice when we need to adjust our policies. We recently needed to make some changes on one of the policies and communicated with Lexie Wright, Senior Agent in Mike's office. Lexie was very fast, thorough, and professional in responding to our emails. Answered all our questions in depth, and she even offered advice on ways we could lower our auto premium via online safe driving courses. We always come away from our interactions with Mike's team extremely confident in our insurance coverage with Allstate!

  My experience with Mike and his team has been awesome! I moved to GA back in 2015 and purchased my home in 2016 fairly quickly and had no idea what I was doing honestly. I had of course bought car insurance but never home owners. Mike was one of the agencies I called soon after I was diagnosed with BC and having the correct insurance was vital. I never worried about this because of AllState. Fast forward I want to acknowledge Lexi she has been a superstar. Our relationship started as a break up if you can call it that! I left for about 6 months and it was a slight mix up on coverage but when I called she went to work and together we figured it out and promptly straightened it out and never pass the buck or put me off. She apologized for the mix up and refunded what was due. I’m not an easy cookie to impress and she did not because of a refund but because she apologized and made it right and for that I love her service. Since then when I call for any changes and there have been a couple lol I ask for her! Sure others can help me and have but I ask for Lexi because I can trust her to make sure I have the best rates and handle business. Give this agency a chance it feels personal and not a machine of AI or different people helping you like a number. Keep up the great work Mike the team and my girl Lexi. ❤️

  Just had an awesome experience with Lexi at this agency.She reached out to offer me options on my auto renewal and saved me big dollars. You can’t spell “ Hero” with “Her”!…. Thank you Lexi!!

  Lexie is absolutely amazing! She assisted with having our daughter’s new Camaro added to our policy. We had delays with delivery from Carvana and had to make adjustments each time. She was so understanding, professional, efficient and genuinely caring about our situation. The ease of being able to communicate with her via email while dealing with the stress of all the changes while at my job was a HUGE relief! I will highly recommend her to anyone I can with your agency. Thank you so much for all your help Lexie!

  We are unfortunately in the middle of an open claim regarding our home, are displaced, and have been having a difficult time getting answers from the adjuster. Since we purchased our policy here, we reached to them for help, and could not have been more pleased with their response. While the situation is still not resolved (and our overall experience with All State the company has been generally unpleasant and unhelpful thus far), Mike Glancy and his team have been wonderful and restored the human element to this experience by being kind, caring and compassionate. They immediately worked on my behalf to help get answers. Particularly, Lexie, was an incredible advocate and help. Her professionalism in communicating with both me and the necessary All State departments was refreshing, and her persistence helped to begin to move things along. My interaction with Mike Glancy and Lexie at this office may be the only thing that prompts us to continue with All State as policy holders. Kindness and professionalism are hard to find in many of today's industries; it was a breath of fresh air to discover it here.
