I was so glad that I was able to get the employee I did. He was so helpful took his time to explain to me different options I had and also how to get my purchases when I go to different stores 🙃 Thanks again ☺️
Will and David helped me with a few purchases and a core return over the past month. Starter died night before taking my son on vacation, and they stayed open a few mins after closung time to make sure I got the part. That doesnt happen with retail chains anymore!! While it’s sometimes difficult to justify purchasing parts from retail stores now, with online wholesalers providing bottom dollar pricing. But the service this location on Bells Ferry gives, and the willingness to help from Will and his staff are a reason to pay a little more here. Having managed retail, i know first hand how difficult it is to maintain a welcoming store appearance, and have customer oriented staff but this store does it! Worth the drive, and a few more bucks to come here vs online parts stores, especially if something goes wrong or part is incorrect. His team is well trained and ready to help garage warriors like me.

Will and David are top notch with customer service. I came in with my fiancé’s vehicle overheating and it needed a thermostat. Long story short, I ended up having to replace the housing. I am a mechanic, so in reality it wasn’t too awful of a job to do in the parking lot, but these guys were A1 with helping me out with all inconveniences, big and little, with this job. You guys are amazing. Thank you.
Normally I don't find pleasure I'm going to a place it's going to make me have to work after I leave there however this time I ran into Dave. Now Dave was not only helpful he was humorous and I found it was smilin when I left . Thanks Dave you're the man.

Just left the store. I walked in by myself with my two little children. They saw the display of toy cars and got really excited to play with them. I was looking for one thing - rear wiper blade for my car. The older gentleman at the cash register saw me, did nothing to assist me (the other person working was on the phone). A customer walked in behind us, started talking to the older gentleman. He stops mid-conversation, right as I am about to find my wiper blade pay and leave, to scold me about my children playing with the toy cars. He said “ma’am they shouldn’t be bouncing the toy cars off the walls”. I immediately was embarrassed because I didn’t realize they were doing that, turned toward my kids and asked them to put away the cars and then I said “I didn’t realize they were doing that to the cars”. He then proceeded to reprimand me more for my children’s innocent actions even after we placed all but one car back (the police car was hidden and I didn’t see it). I was incredibly embarrassed after being reprimanded not just the one time but a second time after I helped my children put the cars back. Not only that, but he chose to interrupt the customer talking to him to keep harassing me and my children.
I left the store, not paying for a wiper blade, embarrassed and ashamed for what should considered innocent children’s actions. For context, these toy cars are the same cars that sit by the cash registers and Home Depot or Lowe’s and the employees there have no problem with the kids playing with them.
