    45 bucks to send a 12 oz padded envelope, not going back. Cashier was texting while taking care of me, very disrespectful. Definatly did not feel like a valued client

    The UPS Store in Zephyrhills has excellent service. The Manager is always on top of everything. If there's a problem, she's right there to fix it to move things along. Fast service and decent prices.
