  Excellent at not making eye contact with customers, also do not send your print jobs to the email address listed on this Google business listing page or the UPS site because I followed the email instructions and when I got there the next day to pick it up, I was told that they do not check those emails and it is a completely different email address taped to their countertop and that you have to email it while you are standing in front of them (which defeated my purpose of emailing documents from my desktop to be printed at the store.) . I was also Told that if you send it to the email address on thier counter it automatically deletes within 12 hours. As for returns it’s pretty quick to get through The line and they do have an option of using a QR code check out to the right of the entryway but for print jobs go somewhere else to print! Lesson learned

  Absolute worse UPS store I ever stepped foot in. The staff here is unprofessional and RUDE. They talk down to you and are bothered by your presence. The musty smelling kid working behind the counter was dying to nickel and dime our interaction as if he made commission selling tape and boxes. The manager is even worse hiding behind the counter out of sight letting these Inexperienced former McDonald’s employees talk to customers however they see fit. They tried to force me to purchase a box for my Amazon return that was already in a box. The silliest thing I ever heard. May and Will (the names they provided) have zero customer service skills and do not know how to deescalate instead they like to mumble things under their breaths. They hide behind the ups uniform with no name tag and no accountability. I’d probably get more respect from the homeless people outside the parking lot than them. They have a very condescending attitude here, Just don’t waste your time interacting with this staff. It’s sad to see the human interaction dwindle in today’s society but I would not be upset if these employees got replaced by a self serve kiosk.

  Unprofessional and clearly don’t know how to follow Amazon drop off guidelines. Neither employee had name tag badges on. Only got their names ant the very end of the visit annd even that came with a sarcastic comment from the manager. Originally spoke to Willy who was rude and lacks customer service skills. Acts like he is in the hood instead of his place of employment. Manager named May witnessed him being rude and unprofessional and just sat back and said nothing. They try to force you to buy one of there overpriced boxes when Amazon clearly says it’s not needed. Save yourself the headache and go to any other UPS store because this one is as shady as it gets. Wouldn’t be surprised if my package mysteriously gets damaged before it even gets picked up by Amazon.
