  Bruce the store manager is rude and unprofessional. Have a commercial account with this company went in to warranty a battery out. Bruce was unable to find the warranty for the battery even with proof of purchase under my account. No point in getting a warranty you won’t be able to redeem it unless you save paper receipts from a year ago.

  Replaced my 24FAMG battery under warranty at this location and they were great. They took care of me even when I bought the battery at a different location where I used to live. Lissa P. was great and provided excellent customer service. Definitely recommend this store and will be choosing this store for my future needs.

  Talk about an exceptional store! The crew is awesome to work with and always treats me with respect. As a business I am always looking for "the right company" to work with and this store here definitely keeps me coming back. Stephanie is always willing to help us out and she actually COMMUNICATES with us-even if it's just to let us know parts are coming behind schedule. We only buy parts from this particular advance for several reasons- communication, prices, attentiveness, crew attitude, and overall satisfaction. I may not be the highest spending commercial client they have but I will always buy here first before ANYWHERE ELSE. What a fantastic crew, from the daytime crew to the evenings they are all awesome to work with. THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT STORE FROM SUPERIOR AUTO EMPORIUM!

  This store is absolutely fantastic. The entire crew treats me respectfully and always gives me a good laugh when I stop in. They remember me every time I come in and always have a smile, even on the tough days! Prices are top notch and I will forever buy parts from this store!

Thankfully, Lissa, the manager at the Zephyrhills Advance Auto Parts, stepped in and found a simple solution almost immediately. She made the entire process easy and stress-free. Lissa genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to help. Her professionalism, problem-solving skills, and willingness to take ownership of the situation made all the difference. She’s a tremendous asset to the Advance Auto Parts team, and customer service like hers is hard to find. Thank you, Lissa!
