  They are better than the other UPS Store in the neighborhood ! More competent, and offer more options for packaging to buy. Very customer service oriented.

  I had a great experience at the UPS Store. The employees were patient, efficient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They helped me package and ship everything quickly while making sure it was done correctly. The store was clean, organized, and the customer service was top tier. Definitely one of the best shipping experiences I’ve had!

  Excellent service from start to finish! The staff at the UPS Store were professional, friendly, and very helpful. They made the shipping process quick and stress-free, answered all my questions, and handled everything with care. It’s refreshing to experience such great customer service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back for future shipping and printing needs. Highly recommend!

  Wow! The service was great! Seth helped me ship a package today. He was so helpful not only with the shipping process but he even helped me with a iphone setting that i was complaining about! Thank you! I will be back!

  Every time I go in I am acknowledged, and even if I have to wait, it’s not an inconvenience. James especially was very helpful during my pack & ship. They explained everything thoroughly and assisted me completely with what I needed. They’ve helped us out before when we’ve visited, and their customer service is top tier.
