- JRJessica RodriguezAug 8, 20261.0I’m a local customer who uses this location for either shipping or retuning items from Amazon. First time using it the sales rep was rude and impolite with regards to my return through Amazon. I thought maybe they were having a bad day so I just said oh well it happens. Today I enter the store again to do another return purchase from Amazon and another rude associate was impatient with me. He threw his hands in the air and walked away with a slight comment under his breathe. The manager Shelly is not very pleasant herself. She walked over with a very clear indication that it was a bother to assist. This is not the first time that I have encountered this type of response or behavior from this location. If the manager herself is in an unpleasant mood then she accepts her associates to behave in the same manner. Customer service is not great at all at this location. There is another UPS location in Yulee that I have also used and the team there is extremely patient, helpful and great to work with when questions arise. I prefer to drive the extra 8 mins than to come to this location that is around the corner from my home.
