  I’ve had consistently terrible experiences with an employee named Shelly at this UPS location. Every single time I walk in, she immediately criticizes my packaging and claims it’s “not good enough,” then pushes me to buy their overpriced materials instead. At this point, it feels less like policy and more like a blatant sales tactic. Shelly doesn’t try to help—she creates problems out of nothing and turns a simple drop-off into an unnecessary hassle. Her attitude is rude, dismissive, and honestly exhausting to deal with. I’ve shipped plenty of packages without issue elsewhere, so this constant nitpicking is ridiculous. It’s clear she’s more focused on squeezing extra money out of customers than actually providing decent service. Because of her, I avoid this location whenever possible. If management cares at all about customer experience, they seriously need to address this. One employee shouldn’t be enough to make people not want to come back—but here we are.

  Great job. Impeccable service. Excellent problem solvers. A long drive to get to this store but I would make the drive again or figure out a way to build in time for them to ship to me.

  I really want to support local and the UPS Store in Yulee, but unfortunately my experiences there have been consistently frustrating. Today I went in for notary services—something UPS Stores are known to to do- only to be told they stop notarizing at 4:00 PM, even though the store is open until 6:30 PM. It would be like Publix next door shutting down the frozen food section four hours before closing everyday. If there are limited hours for services at any business, they should be clearly posted in the store, on marketing material, and online resources. There seems to be an operational disconnect at UPS Store in Yulee……and their 3.8 star Google review reflects it.
