Representative at Cricket Wireless in Yulee FL Her name is Mrs.Kim she was definitely a big help when it came to my mom getting a new phone.Mrs. Kim told my mom all about the phone and how it works, to make it better they both have the same phone which was a bigger help. Mrs. Kim really give us the best customer service and was key to answering every question we had with phones and phone accessories. Definitely with me visiting their again speaking with Mrs. Kim.
