  My wife and dog stayed there for 8 days while I was admitted to the hospital near Yulee. Our dog was very quiet and did not make any noise. The cleaning lady saw him in the crate asleep and told the front desk. When my wife arrived back to the hotel from the hospital she was told the animal could not be left in the room and she was made to check out and check back in again to another room. When my wife checked in the front desk person told her they understood the animal would be in a crate and sedated when my wife was with me in the hospital. They said it was ok to do that. The room was nice, but the service was terrible. My wife was forced to take the dog to a kennel everyday when she visited me. We paid the hotel fee for having a dog and paid a kennel fee.

  Had a wonderful stay last week for the whole week. The rooms were so clean, bathrooms were clean. They had a nice display of many options for breakfast. It was loud with people above me or on my floor with slamming doors but that's typical with any hotel when people don't have manners or respect for those that are sleeping. I would for sure stay here again! Highly recommend for an over night or a week stay.

  I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Mary at the front desk of the Best Western in Yulee. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine these days, and Mary truly stood out. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help made a long day of traveling so much better. She is a wonderful example of what great hospitality should look like. Thank you, Mary, for making my stay off to such a great start. Best Western is lucky to have you! Breakfast was good with many options

  DO NOT PASS THIS BEAUTIFUL BEST WESTERN HOTEL UP. What a beautiful, elegant, and captivating hotel. The pricing is more than fair for the service you receive. Rooms are beautiful, clean, smell fresh, and bright. A wonderful shower to enjoy. Beds were so comfortable. Almost like being home. Breakfast is awesome. Hot, fresh, and plentiful. Staff is customer friendly. Showed much concern about our stay with a call before the end of the night to make certain we were happy customers with our room. Where do you get that ? You will love your stay here.
