  The people who work here are extremely rude. They don’t give any grace if you don’t have everything available and ready right when you walk in the door. They’re very rushed, even when nobody is in the store. I will drive out of my way to find a different UPS store and I’m not planning on returning to this one. I see from other posts this is normal. That’s a shame. I didn’t get that far, but I see they constantly try to upsell people on boxes- I was told I didn’t need anything other than the box my return was bought in, and would have also walked out if they pushed on that.

  Today was my last time going to this location. They don’t even open until 9 am… some of us like to get up and get our errands done! It is now 9:05 and they’re still locked up. I don’t have time for this… only going to the one on Tree Swallow from now on.. they open at 8:30!!

  I'm so thankful for this UPS store. Mostly they take care of my returns. When I do ship, I'm just thankful they handle it for me. Thanks to all the staff!

  The staff here are very helpful. I really appreciate Tyler for staying after closing time to help me with a package I urgently needed to send that day. Tyler also helped me locate a package that I needed to pickup. Thanks again Tyler!
