  UPS would withdraw this guy’s license if they knew how he behaves. Rude, no respect for customers and today is the 3rd time I’ve been there when there’s only one person on duty, serving one of those people who’s shipping 50 $1 items just sold on ebay or Amazon. Not a word or even a smile to any of the people in line for nearly 10 minutes, so we left. Go anywhere else.

  We’ve been going here for years. I have also witnessed not so friendly employees. I have also had them tell me I had to re-package and/or buy a box to put my box in. Today was my last attempt to use them. Was returning a pair of boxed shoes that were sent to me in a bag. I was attempting to return item just as it was shipped to me. Was told the bag had been opened. No kidding? It was completely taped up as you would do with a box. Took package to another ups store who said they didn’t know why the other place would not accept it. Going forward I will drive further to get consistent service. Response from owner wants me to provide more info so he can research. Nope. Nothing to research. Do you accept a shoe box returned in original plastic bag it was shipped in? Yes or no? No you did not.

  I never have to tape the shipping box when return item to UPS store in my state. When I return the item to this store the clerk said I have to buy the tape for $5 and do it myself or she will charge me $44 for taping the box . So I had to pay $5 for a little roll of tape that keep splitting, had to get rid most of it. What a terrible store
