  I had a very bad experience at the FedEx location next to the Agave restaurant. It’s not the first time I’ve gone to this place, and I have to say that the woman who works there in the afternoon—I don’t know her name—clearly does not like her job. The previous times I let it go, but this is the third time I’ve gone after several months and the same thing happened again. She is a very rude woman with a bad attitude, unwilling to help, and xenophobic. I felt discriminated against because she refused to accept my package, saying she could accept whatever she wanted. I simply brought a return package and attached the labels provided by the place where I purchased the item. But that’s not even the worst part—the worst were the racist insults and her terrible customer service. I hope someone will hold her accountable one day. I will never set foot in this place again, and I will be filing a police report as well as a formal complaint directly with FedEx describing what happened.

  Very poor service. The two employees that are in here now are spending more time talking than working. It took me entirely too long for me to get my items printed because the employee would stop every time a customer came in. I was patient but the time was ridiculous, on top of them not completing the job or doing it correctly because they messed them up. I had to leave with half of my items after waiting 30 minutes. They need to be properly trained on how to run the store and how to cut prints with a machine.

  Store manager was not friendly at all! Honestly will avoid this fed ex going forward. I dont expect much but at least be nice to people coming to your store!
