  Went to this advanced auto after my check engine came on while I was driving, the two employees working that day were more then happy to come out and pull a code from my car's computer so I knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it . Very kind employees

  Don at Advanced Auto Parts was a big help with my Toyota Camry. He quickly diagnosed the dead battery and handled the entire replacement himself at no charge. He was professional, efficient, and got it done smoothly with no hassle. Appreciate the straightforward and solid service. Thanks, Don. Would definitely recommend stopping in and asking for him if you need auto parts help.

  Customer service has become a thing of the past at most places. I can assure you, this store in Winter Springs could teach classes on perfect customer service. I came in looking for a breaker bar, BreAnne Byrne-Shinall came right over and offered her help. When we couldn’t find one in one area, she continued to look (even when I had basically stopped). She grabbed a kit from out back, told me it was free to rent. Lifesaver! The project I was working on was just an ac belt replacement. I had purchased the belt few days prior, from a different establishment all together. You guessed it, they gave me the wrong belt. I fought with it for hours. Feeling defeated, I went back in hopes BreAnne could make her magic happen again. Not only did she spend extra time helping me confirm I was getting the right belt, she educated me on the numbers, labeling etc.. length, ribs etc. I don’t think we say thank you enough for the good things people do everyday, so many love you point out the bad. Well, there’s none to be had at this store. Advance, you’re lucky to have such an amazing employee… She’s also your General Manager! In turn, her employees most certainly will and do reflect her same commitment to service! Can’t say enough good about her. Thank you for everything!!!
