  Today was one of those moments where a light shined through darkness. My battery was basically dead. I had both my young girls (and 14 year old Chihuahua!)with me and I realized it's Sunday and I don't even have my debit card because I lost it and it's in the mail. Zach was absolutely incredible in helping me buy my battery online with my Google pay because all other my debit cards were saved online. He took the time and patience through all my bumbling and getting this battery paid for and installed. You guys really saved the day in a tough situation. Thank you so much for everything.   We got amazing service thanks to Don. My grandson and I were taken care of and got taken care of when making a purchase and we came back to make sure everything was ok and to turn in the other item for the return for the Core and he was very happy to recheck our car for us. We highly recommend this store to everyone we know. Honestly the only automotive store we will ever go to. Don is definitely an asset.

  Came in to the Winter Springs store due to my check engine light being on and I was promptly greeted by Zack who helped me out, found the issue and recommended how we can fix it. He was very polite and helpful, I will definitely be coming back.
