NONE of the UPS locations I visit have adequate customer service but this location takes the cake. The website lists the final air cutoff as 5:45. I walked in at about 5:42. Driver had already left A WHILE AGO. There were three employees there and they all said he comes when he comes and shrugged. Excuse me?? How do you run a business that way?? I made sure to say to them multiple times that I understand it’s not “their fault” but I’m frustrated. The younger of the two female employees said it’s already after 5:45, which it absolutely was not. Called her out immediately and she said, “oh you’re right my bad.” No sincere apology. I asked if there was another location nearby with a later cutoff and they told me I’d have to call each store to check. After packing my express envelope (which I had to ask for twice because they were trying to sell me a bubble pack) I started to walk toward the door with the little scrap of paper I pulled off the adhesive. Got about halfway to the door and didn’t see a trash can, so I walked it back to the counter and asked the male employee if he could throw it away. He did, I thanked him and turned to walk away. The younger of the two female employees said, “There’s a trash can right there,” to me. To the guy who took my trash, she said, “I can’t believe you took that, there’s a trash can right there.” I bit my tongue and just said their customer service sucks. Wanted to say more but I’m not letting a child with a chip on her shoulder raise my blood pressure. I absolutely dread any time I have to go inside a UPS. You need to up your service game. I do not recommend any of your locations.

Easy, fast and smooth customer service at this UPS Store off Goldenrod. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable and professional. Shoutout to “Bebe” for her kindness and help with my shipping orders on this visit!

This was my first truly poor experience with UPS service. My request was simple: print a label. When I did, the middle-aged lady at the counter simply stared at her email window instead of checking her email or refreshing. She claimed she hadn't received it. I insisted she double-check, and I then confirmed the email had been sent to the correct store. I rechecked my email entry to ensure it was correct and resent the email to her, stating that my recent logs showed it was sent to the UPS store. Despite this, she insisted she hadn't received it. I asked her to check her junk email folder, but she didn't even bother and instead attended to other customers. I was just waiting there, standing there after sending an email, when one of her colleagues checked the email. She refreshed and saw that it was in junk mail all this time. It would have saved me time if she had just checked her junk mail in the first place and carried out her responsibility.
