I wish I could give this place zero stars. I came in with my mom to drop off an Amazon package and to get a document notarized. As we went in, two young boys were at the front. Neither of them greeted us. One was helping a customer, and the other was free but chose not to acknowledge us, along with the one helping the customer. So, whatever. I went to drop off my package and then waited for someone to tell us when they were ready to help us because my mom needed assistance with her document notarization. We waited and waited. Then the one helping the customer asked if we needed to drop off a package. By this point, I had already dropped off my package in the drop-off compartment. My mom spoke up and said no, she wanted to know if she could get her document notarized. The same boy helping the customer said no, not today. So, we left without any help, without acknowledgment, and no eye contact. Terrible customer service skills. I do NOT recommend this UPS. There are plenty of other locations. Don't go to this one.

If customer service is what you are seeking, stopping here will not grant you that. Heads down, no eye contact, not even a greeting. While one employee assisted a customer there was another that was totally free and did not bother to acknowledge our presence. After using the self-serve machine, we then stood in place for another 10 minutes (documents in hand) and nothing until the one that was busy bothered to acknowledge us. He asked if the package (that we had ready taken care of ourselves) was all. Documents in hand, I indicated it was not and that I needed notarial services. He then responded by letting me know that they don't notarized on Saturdays. Huh?? No signage indicating this and had the employee that had no customers bothered to acknowledge us, this question could have been asked and we would have been on our way earlier. Service based business and no service. Thank goodness for the UPS on S. Semoran!

Today is May 31 that male Brunette with curly short hair. that is working at this UPS this morning at 10:30 AM. Honestly needs to be fired. He absolutely refuse to return my item. Refused to give me a bag to put it in even though it’s in the original box. I told him to cancel the transaction and I’ll just go to the UPS store that I go to on 434. He didn’t give me a shipping label Instead, he rips it up. I drove to the UPS on 434 love them never had any issues with them. The only reason why I went to the one in Winter Park was because it was closer to the Walmart. I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to come back to the original UPS store that I go to. I show up with my item. And learned that he did not cancel the transaction. He gave me a receipt. The clerk took my box with no issues and thank God she was able to repaint a shipping label to send my items back. Stay away from this UPS if he’s working. Terrible customer service. Attach is the receipt that he gave me, but not the shipping label Thank God, she was able to reprint the shipping label.
