  Furious. Three orders printed to this location. I walk up at 12:58 P to a locked door and this note. "closed until 1:45 P (out to lunch)". My entire day and errands are derailed because of someone's lunch hour that isn't on the schedule.

  I had a very complicated international shipment and got there 30 minutes prior to close business... Michelle gave us an excellent customer service and helped us big time. To my surprise when items arrived to destination, monitors were perfectly wrapped and all small parts were in a zip lock. Please don't let Michelle go, she was so professional and went beyond. We got everything in perfect conditions. Thank you Michelle!

  This is the first time coming to the FedEx office because they print out labels and The gentleman there Don was extremely nice extremely helpful and he was a pleasure to meet. Thank you for making my day better Don I hope you have a lovely new year
