  Brought my Amazon return here in a box. He scan my code took items out of box. Threw box on counter hit my hand and said I don’t need box. Then I asked if he could take box he said I don’t the have space. I threw box away outside in the trash can but rude guy.

  I had an incredible experience with my Julian today. From the moment I walked in, he was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Side note it went passed closing time. What really stood out was his positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. Customer service like this is rare these days, and it truly made a difference. Huge thank you for the outstanding help AT&T is lucky to have someone like this on their team!
