  I don’t know if they change employees like they change clothes and then when you go there some of them don’t even wanna work and they stay well. We don’t have that. Meanwhile they do. It’s in the back. They just don’t wanna get it. I’ve been there on three separate occasions where this has happened.

  This Subway is inside of Walmart (355 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven Florida). There were 2 workers there, one female and one male. Both were African American. The male was tall and the female was short. We went on Sunday, April 12, around 1:15 pm. No one was in line ahead of us or behind us. I was going to order 4 foot long subs. I asked the male if I could use the coupons that I had, there was no response from him. He got the bread and put the meat on our sandwiches. When he asked what kind of cheese we wanted he talked so low that I had to ask him twice to repeat what he had said. He had an attitude like he did not want to be there and could care less. The female came to the counter and asked me what I wanted on my 2 sandwiches. I said lettuce, extra onion, extra tomatoes and extra pickles. She had a very bad attitude and talked very rudely and disrespectful, she was extremely condescending and never made eye contact with me. She put the correct amount of lettuce on the sandwiches. I had to ask her several times to put more onion on my sandwich. She was only putting 2 tiny pieces on my sandwich at a time. She said that I could only have 6 tomato slices and 6 pickle slices per sandwich. I asked her if this was a new rule and she very rudely said, “Nope”. I asked her again to put more pickles on my sandwiches and she rudely said, “you only get 6”. I told her that if I couldn't get my sandwiches made the way I want them I did not want the sandwiches. My husband was with me and he wanted 2 sandwiches also. I asked him if he wanted to get his sandwiches and he said no so we left. As we were leaving I said “Y'all have treated us very bad”. This was a horrible experience that should have never happened. We left and went to Jimmy Johns for sandwiches. I don't plan on going back to this Subway.

  I would suggest not having a store in Walmart if you’re not gonna let people shopping in the store sit down to eat, it’s absolutely ridiculous.
