  Went to subyway for lunch in winter haven ( lowes plaza ) . Had a coupon for a 8.99 meal deal . At checkout she rudely and with an attitude refused my coupon stating that its not valid at her store , the coupon dosn't state what store it can be used at ! I don't care if your private or corp. If its a subway coupon they should all take them ! She made me feel like i was a criminal for trying to use a subway coupon at a subway .. do better subway ! And train your employee's to treat customers better ! Nobody deserves to be treated like that .. all i wanted was a sandwich with a valid and good coupon .. Very disappointed

  make sure you know the menu prices at check out because some of their staff members psychic abilities are not quite on the mark and they will incorrectly upcharge you for your food without the ability to make it right other than having to charge you again for the proper amount while awaiting your bank to refund the incorrect amount. not to mention the lack of care to something that could have and easily should’ve been avoided.

  The staff, a male and girl on Thursday 5/21/26 at 422 Citi Centre St Bay R-08, Winter Haven, FL 33880 was very unapproachable, unprofessional, rude and had attitudes they immediately told us that they were out of a lot of things like bread, cheese, flate breads. It was only 8pm and they close at 10pm. They were not trying to help nor provide anything else, they told us to go somewhere else to eat that has food. They were saying rude things and acted like they didn't even care. They clearly did not want to be working. Mostly when we come to this location and it's early they are always out of bread or other ingredients that I'm sure can be made up quick. The lack or professionalism and the way we were treated is just ridiculous. I hope this review gets to their manager/owner about their behavior. I feel like they should be let go. Thank you!

  Wow! I don't know what else to say. Subway has definitely fallen a very long way since the last time I was there. They had no bread options only white. I ordered a BLT. I counted one and a half strips of bacon on my sandwich that looked like it was sitting in someone's back pocket. I ate at the restaurant. The sandwich went from his hands to my hands. So it wasn't like it was transported somewhere. The bacon was gummy and undercooked. Flies we're literally buzzing around the veggies. I took two bites and threw it away. You can keep my $7. I won't be coming back to eat this garbage.
