  Went today October 14 2025. I needed my phone unfrozen the young lady had it working in under 2 minutes. Don't waste your time at the Dundee store. They just want to sell you something.

  I switched to cricket from metro. I cracked my phone screen while with metro and they wanted about double the price of what I paid for the phone I had. I went through the same thing with cricket and paid the same price as listed. The customer service with cricket is phenomenal.

  Been there only once quite a while ago during my visit to the US, as a foreigner I didn't know how local mobile internet worked and had a lot of trouble with it until I came here. Back then (around july or august 2017), not only they were extremely helpful, they also were very patient and friendly with me, unlike people in some other places I visited, A + customer service, thanks Natasha

  OMG!!! What a wonderful lady (Rebecca). Respectful, helper, polite and have plenty knowledge about all cell phones in the store and offers. And Alexis is great helper too. Thanks guys. Hope my new cell phone company works as great as the employees here!! 👍👍☺
