  I was very disappointed with the service I received at this store. Unfortunately, I felt that I was treated differently and with less respect because I do not speak English like a native American. I have an accent, and like many immigrants, my English may not be perfect. However, that should never be a reason to receive poor or disrespectful customer service. I understand that communication can sometimes be difficult, but basic respect, patience, and professionalism should be the same for every customer. I left the store feeling disrespected and judged because of the way I speak English. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses this type of behavior. No customer should be treated differently because of their accent or because English is not their first language.

  Great experience with in-store pickup. I ordered gear oil and ATF online for maintenance on my truck, and everything was ready and correct when I arrived. Pickup was quick, the staff was friendly and professional, and the whole process was easy and hassle-free. I’ll definitely use the in-store pickup option again for future parts and maintenance supplies.

  I've been buying items from this store for years, mainly online and mostly oil change kits. I had a bit of a goofy time with finding an oil filter for a boat engine. Numbers change and cross references are needed and even then, for a foreign make, the threads may be incorrect. Jessie was very helpful in resolving my issue and getting the correct oil filter for me. Sometimes the easy stuff is hard which can make for a frustrated customer. Jessie turned that all around and sent me on my way with what I needed to make me and the boat happy again.

  After a painful few days trying to get my car back on the road the staff working tonight were awesome. They got me taken care of and went the extra mile to ensure I got out the door with my part. It was about 20 minutes before closing but they still did everything they could to make sure I was able to leave with my part sacrificing some of their time in the process. I am thankful they were there tonight to help get me back on the road and minimize my downtime. Highly recommended this location for your needs and thankful for their willingness to help
