  I've been buying items from this store for years, mainly online and mostly oil change kits. I had a bit of a goofy time with finding an oil filter for a boat engine. Numbers change and cross references are needed and even then, for a foreign make, the threads may be incorrect. Jessie was very helpful in resolving my issue and getting the correct oil filter for me. Sometimes the easy stuff is hard which can make for a frustrated customer. Jessie turned that all around and sent me on my way with what I needed to make me and the boat happy again.

  After a painful few days trying to get my car back on the road the staff working tonight were awesome. They got me taken care of and went the extra mile to ensure I got out the door with my part. It was about 20 minutes before closing but they still did everything they could to make sure I was able to leave with my part sacrificing some of their time in the process. I am thankful they were there tonight to help get me back on the road and minimize my downtime. Highly recommended this location for your needs and thankful for their willingness to help

  I just visited Advanced Auto parts store #9601on Cypress Gardens Blvd. Winter Haven, FL and was utterly impressed by the level of customer service one Jessica gave me!! Miss Jessica was not only diligent but she went that extra mile to assist me regarding other items I hadn't even gone to the store to buy though I needed. Her customer service aptitude is way up there in the sky between the heavens and earth. I found her to be very empathetic and a custodian of high emotional intelligence to my needs, which is the reason why her customer service expertise is impeccable! I will always go to this location for my auto parts needs!! Main reason is Jessica. Her understanding of customer service needs are not only amazing but absolutely, positively, categorically, upscale. Advanced Auto Parts should be extremely proud to have such an employee on her staff. What more can I say about this employee, Jessica, nothing. Enough said.

  I just stopped in advanced auto parts on Cypress Gardens Boulevard And I have to say…Jess Is awesome!!! She helped me so much and showed me things I didn’t even know about. She has genuine Integrity and very is efficient. She took care of me doing things she didn’t even have to do. I really appreciate her. Thank you Jess!!!
