I opened a business and planned on using this office as my virtual address and mailbox. I had a couple questions and the manager say at the back of the store (as it was super busy and he wasn't helping) and talked very badly about me (I can read lips dude) and was so unkind and rude the the woman who was working for him. His treatment of her caused me to walk out and rescind my business. Be kinder and more respectful to your employees AND your customers.
I go here frequently because I pay for UPS premium and have my packages put on hold at this store because I had a prior package sent to the wrong address. Usually service is fast and efficient, but the last couple of times there's been a lady that has been difficult to deal with. The last couple of times I have gone there, she was adamant that my packages were not there without even asking for my tracking number amd had told me that they didn't even receive a delivery today, to which I disputed, because the UPS website had told me they were dropped off there and were ready for pickup. She looked for about 3 seconds only to tell me that there's nothing there whatsoever under my name. Both times, another employee, a young lady with glasses (Fantastic employee by the way, give her a raise) had come in and actually looked up my tracking number and subsequently found both packages for me. Seeing that holding my packages at the store is a service that I pay for, I expect better customer service from your employees.

What started as a light-hearted encounter, turned into frustration and tears.
Upon arrival, I asked employee 364235 the price to print. She stated $.20/$.69 per copy. Great. She then asked if I if I was emailing them, I said yes, and laughed, asking if there was some other way to print. She laughed in return.
I emailed the docs. Get to checkout, and the total is nearly $3. Ofc, I'm taken aback, obviously, as I only printed 2 b/w documents, which avcording to the information I was given, should've only been $.40. I asked why it wasnt $.40, and shes like, "Now, you know its not ONLY going to be $.40."
No. I DON'T know. Which is why I asked the price when I walked into the store. She literally then says to me, "I answered your question. You should've asked the RIGHT question."
Ma'am, I dont work here. I didn't know there was a follow-up question to "HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PRINT." If it's a 2 part answer, SAY THAT, but dont talk to me like I'm STUPID because YOU didn't give me a full answer. She's rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth, and being super condescending and I'm getting upset. Because this all just so dumb. It's not about $3. If you knew there was a fee associated with emailing, and emailing is the ONLY WAY TO PRINT, then it's NOT $.20 to print! It $2.75 plus $.20/page. THAT is the ONLY CORRECT ANSWER. How in the world are your CUSTOMERS to know "the right question to ask?!"
And she just kept repeating, "you should've asked the right question..."
I went off. Because I DON'T WORK HERE. YOU DO.

I believe the manager on duty came in later in the evening, around 6:40 PM—an older gentleman. We typically have a great experience during the earlier hours; the younger staff are consistently kind and happy to help. However, this particular gentleman was rude, showed no customer service, and rushed us even though we had multiple packages.
At one point, he even smacked the screen on my phone when it went dark while he was trying to scan a code. If that had damaged my screen, I would have been extremely upset. Overall, the interaction felt highly disrespectful.
