  lovely woman there was so patient with me to make sure my brothers meta glasses got to where they needed to be. had a nice laugh about it.. very informative and great customer service.. bravo

  I opened a business and planned on using this office as my virtual address and mailbox. I had a couple questions and the manager say at the back of the store (as it was super busy and he wasn't helping) and talked very badly about me (I can read lips dude) and was so unkind and rude the the woman who was working for him. His treatment of her caused me to walk out and rescind my business. Be kinder and more respectful to your employees AND your customers.

  I go here frequently because I pay for UPS premium and have my packages put on hold at this store because I had a prior package sent to the wrong address. Usually service is fast and efficient, but the last couple of times there's been a lady that has been difficult to deal with. The last two times I have gone there, she was adamant that my packages were not there without even asking for my tracking number and had told me that they didn't even receive a delivery today, to which I disputed, because the UPS website had told me they were dropped off there and were ready for pickup. She looked for about 3 seconds only to tell me that there's nothing there whatsoever under my name. Both times, another employee, a young lady with glasses (Fantastic employee by the way, give her a raise) had come in and actually looked up my tracking number and subsequently found both packages for me. Seeing that holding my packages at the store is a service that I pay for, I expect better customer service from your employees.
