  All the employees here are so sweet and kind. I believe she’s the Manager, Miranda, Is very helpful and was able to help me notorized important documents. Love coming here to do my drops off. They’re quick and efficient.

  Super disappointed with the customer service at this location during our last visit. I understand that retail and shipping locations get busy near closing, but locking the doors early while customers are trying to come in before the posted closing time is poor form. I usually never post negative reviews but this was frustrating. We attempted to drop off a quick Amazon return at 3:45 PM on a Sunday—well before the posted 4:00 PM closing time—only to find the doors already locked because a few people were waiting in line inside. Posted hours should be honored. Hopefully, management addresses this policy so customers aren't turned away before closing in the future.

  Amazing UPS store and the friendliest staff! Very kind and courteous. The Hamlin location is closer to me, but they are so rude there that I’d rather drive to this Flamingo Crossing store.
