  Most of the employees at this location are efficient and respectful, except for one older thin guy with glasses that is always clowning around. Every time I come here he is joking around, making super inappropriate comments. To the owner of this store, please get this guy under control, he is not only ruining it for the customers, but also for the poor employees that have to put up with his manic demeanor every day.

  Very convenient location for me, but rude staff with zero customer service skills. The line is always out the door and you are never acknowledged. If a customer has a large amount of things to ship, or some other complex problem, they should be asked to step aside so the rest of the line who’s mostly only dropping off can be moved along. Then go back to the customer. Don’t leave people waiting in a line out the door and never acknowledge them. And there’s never an apology for the long wait. The staff looks as miserable as the experience is. A little customer service skills would go a long way here. It’s not that difficult.

  I was charged $5 for “Computer use 1-15 min.”. When I asked what this was for, I was told by employee they are told to charge when they have to access the computer for the email for the return slip for an Amazon return. I understand the fee to print the copy of the return slip and all that, but this fee is ridiculous. Employees were nice enough and I understand it’s not their policy personally.

  Chris at the front desk helped my wife and I print wanted posters for our missing cat. Chris helped fit the photos 4 on 1 piece of paper, and then afterwards helped to print a number of full sized flyers as well. Thank you UPS and special thank you to Chris who helped us to get the flyers looking as nice as possible. We also found the cat the following day! 👍😸
