  There is only one person who really knows and care about customers. Bill is awesome! The rest are just grumpy and maybe lazy workers. They change their prices and policies as they please, they look at you, and decide whether they’ll help or not. Workers every day make up BS everyday, so they won’t help you. Unfortunately not coming back to this UPS

  I hate coming here bc there's always a line out the door and I have no desire to interact with bill the guy with glasses hes so rude and sarcastic to talk to and im never in the mood to deal with that , I just want to do what I need to do and go but he always makes it uncomfortable so im deciding to go to other locations from now on. but the blonde woman and young guys that work there are super helpful and great it is not them at all. its just not an enjoyable experience to have to interact with bill when going there is part of my regular errands id rather not deal w it
