I went to the store to try and get one of my lines switched to my daughter who was excited about getting a phone. The customer service at this store instead of listening to my issue and understanding just kept telling me I am wrong and telling me to look at what he is seeing. After getting frustrated, I called and found out there was a system change years ago and possibly changed things in my account. I purchased a 5 line deal over 10 years ago and somehow it dropped to 4. Cricket is researching the issue but the company doesn't care about loyalty and customer service. They didn't believe my story at all. I had 1 line that was changed over at the store and they charged me 11 bucks to add an esim which should of been free. They didn't take credit card so im sure he probably just pocketed the cash. Horrible experience. Would have given 0 stars if the chance. I would of left this feedback on a survey over the phone but they claimed they are having fraudulent texts sent out. I am sure that is a way to have a customer not give an honest survey.

If i could give zero stars I would. Employee had the audacity to call my wife Autistic and other rude remarks. Came to the store to complain only to find it closed in the middle of the day and the employee sitting in a smoke shop. Tried calling the store to speak to someone in charge only for nobody to answer. Based on reviews it sounds like this is nothing new and Cricket has no intentions of fixing this. So dont be surprised when customers leave cause the doors are locked in the middle of the day and nobody answers the phone.

If i could put 0 stars i would. i drove 45 minutes to have my husbands line removed from mine in store after calling and being told it can be done at this location. when i walked in i was immediately greeted by a stand-offish man with his airpods in & his face deep in his phone. when i politely asked him to help me he decided to give me attitude, talk down on me like i'm a toddler and raise his voice saying it’s “impossible”. unfortunately for him this isn’t my first rodeo and i’ve cancelled and moved lines in store before. cricket employees need to be heavily trained on respect and how to correctly do their jobs instead of being paid to sit around and treat customers like they’re stupid.
