  I want to give a huge thank you to Sarah for going above and beyond and actually helping me with my warranty issue. I had called three other Advance Auto Parts locations nearby and was basically told I was out of luck because I didn’t have the original paper receipt. I was told I would have to drive several hours to North Florida and go store to store trying to figure it out. When I called this location, Sarah handled it completely differently. She took the time to look up my information, verify my vehicle, find the part number, and cross reference everything in the system. Within about five minutes, she was able to provide me with a transaction number that works as proof of purchase so I can get my warranty handled at any Advance Auto Parts location. The difference in customer service was night and day. Instead of being told there was nothing they could do, Sarah actually took the time to find a solution. This is exactly the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. Thank you, Sarah, for making what seemed like a huge problem into a simple five minute fix.

  Adrien was awesome, I had a battery that failed and he made the process so easy and he was so professional and nice. This is not the first time I have had excellent service at this particular location, I will only come here for my needs, you should too!
