  December 3rd, around 5:10PM Terrible experience. If you see a lady (around her 50s or 60s, brunette, black hair, spanish accent), just run. She is VERY rude, dirty (was cleaning her nose and forehead while preparing food). she didn’t seem to properly understand our order but she was blaming us. She was just doing what she wanted and prepared something different than we ordered. When we figured and mentioned that to her., she started yelling at us and yelling at her coworker (he was nice by the way). She overcharged us (we ordered 5 subs, but charged us 6). We actually paid for the food out of respect but immediately put it in the garbage: it was just not even good to share it with anybody in need. Completely bad experience. We will never come back here.

  Went to the subway while staying here due to the hurricane in Fort Myers, place order over phone saved 50% off my second sub waited and picked up 10 minutes later, prompt service
