  I be was hunting online for car insurance I ended up with a quote I could live with but even bested than that was an agent that took the time to explain the auto policy and what exactly is covered. I feel my new agent Day Sosa was very patient with me . She made me feel valued. She helped me cancel my old policy. Gave me her direct line and told me she is always a call or text away. How refreshing!!! Thank you.

  I have been with Allstate for many many years, and I had the pleasure of working with a very knowledgeable and thorough Allstate customer service agent Jazmine R. She reviews auto policies and determines any savings or changes that can be made. We do this now every 6 months and it has been really helpful. I was strongly considering changing my auto to another company, and Jazmine worked very hard in making proper changes and saved me money and ultimately I will not be changing companies. Allstate should understand how valuable she is to the company. Not often do you come across such a dedicated, professional, kind person at a company. 10 STARS if I could. Thank you Jazmine!   Absolutely the best experience ever! while dealing with or shopping for automobile insurance Unlike other insurance companies: Geico, Progressive, and yes even: State Farm, the company I had been insured with since 1989 without interruption, and while insuring 5 vehicles, and Home owners policy! Dealing with Jazmine/Allstate she asked questions and actually listened to the answers, so by the end of our conversation Jazmine was able to give me a honest, and sincere evaluation of my insurance needs at which time I was able to make an informed, intelligent Insurance decision designed to fit our needs, so without hesitation we signed up, paid for our policy, and if not for Jazmine's help and, determination we would (no doubt) still be in the market for the painstaking path of insanity, shopping for insurance!! Thank You Jazmine, and thank you allstate for employing Jazmine renewing my faith in the insurance industry!! 👏 BRAVO!!
