The staff was very professional and helpful. I called before I went and the fella I spoke with was helpful and courteous. He told me I could email the files ahead of time.
I went to use the self-service printers/ copiers and I had zero problems. Decent amount of easy parking too.

Sip pudiera darles CERO estrellas juro que lo haría no tanto por esta tienda si no por la compañía COMPLETA no sirven y todo es un problema para entregar un simple paquete fui a recoger mi paquete después de 1 mes esperando que lo tenían paseando por todos lados y no me lo terminaban de dejar nunca en mi casa porque nisiquiera tocaban la puerta y me entiende en esta tienda un tal Mathew tiene lentes y es chiquito, diciéndome que no puede entregarme MI paquete que está a MI NOMBRE porque no sale la misma dirección (ya que lo había enviado a casa de mi mamá) y cuando regresó dos horas más tarde con el ID de mi mamá el muchacho que me atendió Jhonatan súper amable y sin problema alguno me dio mi paquete Con nada más mi NOMBRE y mi ID de verdad que innecesario todo esto. CERO ESTRELLAS

Terrible customer service. Staff was rude, no one helped, I had a question about the printer got eye rolls. Won’t be back. Save your money and time. A customer printing was able to help me. I won’t be back or recomend this place to anyone.

Walking into the FedEx store in Weston felt like we were entering a final exam we never studied for. My wife had about 47 ideas flying around in her head, I had confusion written all over my face, and somehow we expected miracles to happen. 😂
Then enters Kimarrah the customer service superhero we didn’t know we needed.
This young lady listened patiently while my wife explained her vision, her ideas, her well maybe this no wait maybe THAT moments, and somehow Kimarrah turned all that creative chaos into reality. I was honestly impressed because I would’ve needed aspirin halfway through the conversation. 😅
She was professional, calm, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything came out exactly right. In a world where people are quick to leave bad reviews after one rough moment, I have to say the experience we had was the complete opposite. Maybe some folks were just having a bad day and accidentally took it out on the FedEx employees lol.
But from what I witnessed, Kimarrah deserves recognition and honestly probably a raise too. Great attitude, great patience, and excellent customer service. Thank you for making what could’ve been a stressful visit into an awesome experience!
