Wow! I never had Wing Stop before but my husband suggested we stop after a long day of work l. The staff is super friendly and have a lot of patience because we had no idea what we wanted. Cashier was very kind and friendly. We ended up ordering some buffalo wings, Hawaiian wings and some tenders for our 3 year old with fries. Every thing was so good and I am so grateful that my son whose a very picky eater are all of his tenders 🙏🙏🙏 This was a great Wednesday night after a long shift, thank you Wing Stop
I went and ordered a 6 piece and the wings were old hard and dry. What made it bad is they tried to drown them in sauce to mask this disgusting mess. When I went back the kid at the register was rude and tried to charge me for new ranch. Manager fried the wings again and apologized but she was cursing and playing with the workers so rude and poorly ran. I wont be coming back. Cashier was watching TV on his phone while interacting with me. So unprofessional

Decent spot for chicken wings when you want something quick, casual, and filling. The menu has plenty of wing flavors, fries, sides, and combo options, making it a convenient choice for lunch, dinner, takeout, or game-day food. Prices are reasonable, but service and wait times may vary, especially during busy hours. Overall, it works well when you want flavorful wings and a simple fast-casual meal.

I had the worst treatment at wingstop over the weekend . I was waited on by a not so cheery cashier with an ill fitting burgundy wig and the worst representation of what “good” customer service should look like. She has an unwelcoming disposition and is clearly unhappy in her personal life. Her whole personality needs an overhaul, just as her visual presentation. After taking my order, my husband was paying and she refused to give me the cups for our drinks until the payment went through. She held those 2 styrofoam cups hostage until she saw the payment was received. Is this a new protocol? I’m not sure if she felt I was going to fill up on soda and run out, leaving my husband and food behind . You’re in the business of customer service, niceties matters. I watched her hiding between the fridge and a half wall, texting on her phone, as she waited for customers to enter the restaurant. Why don’t you pick up a broom and sweep the floors? Or help your coworkers out? You bring nothing to the establishment besides your foul attitude. Wingstop must be under the gun to hire any random off the street. There are people out there that want to work and are willing to show up with a smile.. do better..
Food was ready and hot.
