    I frequently visit this location due to my business needs, as I regularly ship multiple packages. In the past, I have consistently received excellent service—particularly from Mauricio and several other team members—which is why this experience stood out so negatively. On Saturday, May 23, 2026, I visited the store with questions regarding a larger-than-usual package I needed to ship. Since Mauricio was not present, I asked a staff member to speak with a manager and was directed to an individual named Davony (spelling may be incorrect). When I asked for guidance on selecting an appropriate box for the dimensions of my item, Davony responded in an unprofessional manner. She appeared visibly frustrated, raised her voice, and then redirected me to another staff member instead of assisting directly. Attempting to address the situation calmly, I asked if everything was okay, as I am accustomed to receiving high-quality service at this location. Unfortunately, her demeanor escalated further—she continued raising her voice, used aggressive hand gestures, and spoke in a confrontational tone. Additionally, she used inappropriate language in Spanish, seemingly assuming I would not understand. This behavior was both unprofessional and disrespectful, particularly coming from someone in a management position. Due to this interaction, I chose not to complete my shipment at this location. Although I had already purchased a box and bubble wrap, I drove approximately 15 minutes to another UPS store to finish the process elsewhere. This experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the standard of service I have come to expect from this location. I will not be returning and will be contacting corporate to formally report this incident. I strongly encourage a review of management conduct at this store to ensure this type of behavior is addressed appropriately.

    This review is about the UPS in general. I recently purchased an item for myself and it was sent via UPS. The package was sent to my address but unfortunately I wasn't present for a signature. No matter, because UPS suggested an access point to pick up my package. When I went my local UPS for the pick up, I was told it was not there and it would be there the next day. Went there the next day and same thing. rightfully so, I became more frustrated and contacted the UPS Customer Care to locate my package just for them to tell me "they incorrectly sorted the package and would be returned to sender" and they told me I would have to contact my sender. My package was fine upon the attempted delivery so why now is it "incorrectly sorted" and why do I have to contact? To me I feel like my package was tampered with and compromised and the UPS Customer Care Representatives were no help in the matter. It's unbelievable the amount of excuses that were given to me and the incompetence to simply deliver my package to the local UPS. Had that been done there would've been no issue.

    Hida was very knowledgeable and was able to get our package delivered this is the second time she has been the go to person to help. I always go there because of her.

    I walked into the store yesterday Saturday May 2nd with a garage bag full of returns that needed to go back to Amazon. Kyan was extremely patient & kind. He made this procees so smooth. His customer service is top tier! I have never had any issues with anyone at this location they all seem to be helpful. I just wanted to give Kyan a special thank you for making what could have been a stressful moment easy breezy. Thank you again Kyan keep up the good work!!!
