  On Friday, August 14th. I had an appalling and deeply unprofessional experience at this UPS store involving Jackie. I came in to pick up a package for my daughter. I provided the tracking number, the exact name, and my legal ID matching the hyphenated last name on the package. Instead of following standard release protocols, Jackie forced me to wait for an hour under the guise of "verifying" if she could release it. After making me wait a full hour, she eventually did hand the package over to me. The fact that she released it using the exact same identification I provided when I walked in proves that my documentation was valid the entire time and she knew it. Jackie made an unnecessary copy of my ID, which made me feel very uncomfortable when she refused to give it to me once she "confirmed" the package could be released. Jackie is clearly experienced and knows the rules, meaning this delay was an intentional power trip meant to rage-bait me into a hostile reaction with her as a black woman and she being a white woman. Furthermore, I witnessed her subjecting another Black male customer to the exact same unnecessary roadblocks just moments before my interaction with her. And he decided to just leave without completing his transactions. She patiently over helped a white customer while many others waited for service. This is a clear pattern of targeted, discriminatory behavior and an abuse of authority. I also witnessed her talk down to employees in the store, in particular Ruth, an older employee who attempted to help me at first but couldn't find my package. Jackie was condescending to her publicly saying in a hostile and rude tone "just look and read the prompts, it's right there!" while the crowd waited and watched Ruth be humiliated by Jackie. She was condescending to the entire staff who were clearly just trying their best to help multiple customers with various needs at a very busy store. She is a liability to this location, and corporate needs to investigate her conduct immediately. I guarantee if you privately interview or ask the employees about Jackie's behavior toward them, if they feel safe enough to be honest, they will agree with what I've said here. She was so nasty and rude when she became overwhelmed by the crowd. Jackie is a horrible example of leadership under pressure.

  Ethan, Kimberly, Cami Jaclyn, and Angel (the one who smiles a lot) were all fantastic to work with. I had a wonderful experience and will go out of my way to come back to this store in particular where I experienced excellent and more importantly, friendly service.

  I just have to simply say I love this place !!! ( I wish you’d let us leave more stars on here )These young adults are some of the sweetest, funniest MOST HELPFUL people out of ALL the UPS stores I’ve ever been to. I do ALLLL of my business & personal shipments from here and I LOVE coming here instead of the one closer to my house in Wellington , I rather drive an extra 7 mins to the one on Forest hill in River bridge Plaza because the atmosphere is sooooo much better !!! Thank you to ALL of you for always making it such a nice experience, EVERY SINGLE TIME !! C.M
