  I’ve had a mailbox at this UPS Store location for quite some time, including during an extremely transitional period in my life, and I cannot say enough good things about Jackie and her team. This is a very busy store, yet Jackie runs it like a well-oiled machine. She’s knowledgeable, professional, calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about helping customers. I always felt that my mail, packages, and important documents were safe and handled responsibly, which gave me enormous peace of mind. What really stood out to me is that even after I changed mailbox locations to a different UPS Store, Jackie still went out of her way to help me resolve a shipment issue that had been mishandled by another franchised location. She absolutely did not have to step in, but she did anyway — and that level of integrity and customer care is rare. In fact, after that experience, I ended up switching my mailbox back to this location because the difference in professionalism, organization, and customer service was that noticeable. Her employees are also consistently friendly, patient, and helpful, even when the store is clearly busy. In a world where good customer service feels harder and harder to find, Jackie and her team truly stand out. Highly recommend this location.

  Primera vez que a mi hija le robaron sus zapatos Converse y responsabilizo a UPS de esa oficina. Primero, hicieron captura de una foto que a las anchas, no es ni remotamente parecido a la entrada nuestra, segundo, al día siguiente botaron la caja en todo el frente de nuestro edificio. Más descarado no puede ser ese tipo de persona. Fué un regalo que le hice por su cumpleaños y que nefasta compañía. Ya hace una semana de ese suceso y espero que mi hija salga bien parada de esto, de lo contrario, no recomendaré esa oficina para recibir envíos, desconfianza es lo que me genera ahora sino rectifican.

  mY HUSBAND WENT IN TO MAIL PACKAGE FOR ME . HE SAID THE LADY WAS SO RUDE AND STARTED ASKING MANY MANY QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT WAS IN THE BOX, WHICH I HAD ALL PACKAGED AND LABELED. SHE SAID SHE HAD TO OPEN IT AND SHE WAS NOT CAREFUL AND THEN STUFFED IT ALL BACK IN BOX ANY WHICH WAY, TISSUE CRUMPLED ALL UP . THEN CHARGED $31.00. THE PACKAGE WAS A GIFT WEIGHED OUNCES AND WAS ABOUT 7x8 FLAT BOX. HE ASKED IF THAT WAS THE CHEAPEST WAY TO SEND AND SHE SAID YES. DON'T KNOW WHAT HER PROBLEM WAS BUT EVERYONE ELSE THERE IS VERY NICE. I USE THIS STORE A LOT FOR AMAZON RETURNS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. SINCE WHEN DO THEY OPEN THE PACKAGES?
